Hi Everyone,

Here's a great New Year tip

No matter what surgery we have it's paramount we track our blood work. Compare each year to detect a change even if the numbers are still in a "normal" range for non surgery patients.

Every doctor's office should by now offer an online health tracker. Please ask and get signed up ASAP.  It's great as you can pull up and compare several years and take action before it becomes critical!

The Cleveland Clinic had MyChart in 2002.  I am glad most other health systems have it now.

My surgeon also has this type of online program. It makes it so easy to monitor trends, up and down.
