So sorry if this is TMI, but where else can I ask:

Is it normal for bust size to get bigger again?  I bought new bras In the spring.  Although my weight has fluctuated up and down within a 5 lb range since then, with no noticeable difference in fit, just lately the bra cups have been more filled.  The girls are fuller.  One of the bras I bought (it was a little smaller than the others) does not fit at all now.  I read once that eventually our body redistributes our weight--it was a comment on how initially after all the weight loss, our faces will look very gaunt, but that they eventually fill in. .  I am two years out from surgery.  Could this be what I am experiencing?  Not with my face, but lower?

I'm 20 months out and the girls have only gone in one direction-- deflate. I've heard that about weight redistributing, but don't think I'm there yet personally.

Have the straps been adjusted? I know when my cup gaps from deflate, I tighten the straps to buy more time in this size. Maybe loosen your straps a little?

Never heard of anyone mentioning redistributing in this area...but why not? Anything can happen, right? A better test would be to take measurements.... and see if there are changes.

I guess redistribution here is better than onto my nose and earlobes, right?!

I never took measurements at the beginning of the WLS process. I wish I had.

I have definitely gone through a weight distribution.  In fact, I am really glad I didn't consider plastics before now.  Many of the things that I thought were unacceptably bad/flat/flabby -- have definitely gotten a lot better.

One of those parts were my breasts.  At my heaviest, I wore a 44 DD.  As one can imagine, as I lost 219 pounds, they became very deflated.  I lost a lot of breast tissue from the top of my breasts.  I was wearing a 32B and really, I think an A might have worked.  I will add that despite everything, I do not suffer from any real sagging.

This past six months, I have gone through an amazing redistribution.  For example, my waist went from a solid 29.5 inches down to 26.5 without any further loss.  My husband noticed that my rear end is absolutely smooth now -- I didn't believe him -- but he is right.  My breasts filled back in a bit -- I now wear a 32C.

So yes, I do think it's possible!

Thanks for this full description about your experience!  I am glad for the advice about waiting on plastics.  I think I exercise can affect things too.

Absolutely. I call it fat redistribution.

At one time I ended up with a large C cup. Then a couple of years later I was back to DD. With not much of weight gain.

Some women with genetic predisposition - tend to accumulate the day in the breast area.

When I lose weight - I lose it in my face and my butt first. But when I gain - I gain in the breast - stomach, tight - first...
