So sorry for your loss Kathy. I'm glad you are taking care of yourself. I'm trying to do that too while anticipating the upcoming years with my DH who has early Alzheimer's.

My heart goes out to you Liz! You have to take care of yourself before you can care for another. It's not going to be easy and if you are not already, I highly encourage you to join support group/s and line up a support system so you can get breaks and stay strong mentally and physically

Kathy, my husband is going for his Group seminar on January 9th. I am so sorry about your husband. Your story has always given me reason to want my hubby to make better choices.
