3 days out, is this normal?

My surgery was Wednesday morning.  I've been following the eating guide and so fat so good.  The one thing I'm a bit concerned about is that everything I eat comes straight out within minutes of eating it.  Is this normal?

Does not sound normal at all to me.  What kinds of foods are on your eating guide? I was on liquids for two weeks, and then purees for two weeks.  I needed stool softeners for constipation.

What does your surgeon say?

I'm on full fluids for two weeks.  It started yesterday while I was still at the hospital and they gave me cream of chicken soup.  I mentioned it to the nurse and she said it was normal because if the liquid diet.  Today I had cream of celery soup for lunch and went to the washroom like 4 times.

Liquid in = liquid out. Completely normal.

I did become lactose intolerant after surgery and anything with milk gave me diarrhea.

I think this is somewhat normal. My bowel movements were sporadic, but I had straight diarrhea whenever I had one. The full liquids may affect some people differently.
