Tracking app suggestions?
Anybody out there have any suggestions for good apps for tracking protein, fluid, vitamins, and medications? I had surgery six days ago, and I'm losing my mind trying to figure out how to remember it all! And my mind was not the thing I hoped to lose!

6'3" tall, male.
Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.
M1 -24; M2 -21; M3 -19; M4 -21; M5 -13; M6 -21; M7 -10; M8 -16; M9 -10; M10 -8; M11 -6; M12 -5.
I use my fitness pal for food, and reminders in my phone for vitamins and meds.
in the early days for fluids, I pre measured my water goal for the day, and worked on it throughout.
Don't be too hard on your self, You'll work out a system that works for you, Good luck!

I use MyFitnessPal for food and fluids. I think you can use MyFitnessPal to track vitamins to, but not sure.
Highest Weight: 565 pounds (around 1999), Highest BMI: 94
Pre-op Weight: 476.40 pounds (2 weeks before {05/25/2010} VSG surgery), Pre-op BMI: 79.3
Lowest Weight: 153.5 pounds (as of 07/10/2013), Lowest BMI: 25.5
Current Weight: 350.75546 pounds (351 lb 0 oz./159.1 kilograms (as of 04/22/2019), Current BMI: 58.3
