Welcome to the board! The best thing you can do is start reading... you can search for the different things you are curious about at the top, specifically resetting your stomach and getting back on track.
You might also want to visit the VSG board, and I think they have a daily menu post. That'll help you get to know more people.
You'll have to go back to basics to start losing weight again, and since I'm only 6 months out, RNY, and not to goal yet, I'm not the best provider of any great advice, only what I've read here.
Jump in and start posting, asking questions, etc... and you'll get to know some people around here

Welcome to the Boards. Like you, I've been struggling to lose my last 50-75 pounds. I will not give up. I keep trying, and trying -- and things are finally beginning to move again. I've got to keep the momentum going. I went back and saw my surgeon a week or so ago to "check-in" and get my labs done. I also made an appointment to see the Weight Center's psychologist. I've been attending my hospital's post-op monthly meetings. I've been pre-planning my menu and tracking it in myfitnesspal.com. I've also been taking the time to cook new things, rather than just having plain chicken or burgers. I make things like "mock" fried rice, chicken marsala, etc.
My "tool" still works, as long as I eat dense proteins first. I can't blame anyone but myself for not reaching goal. I'm not making excuses anymore. Sometimes we hit a bump in the road, but we can't let that end our journey.
So keep posting and keep reading. You'll get lots of support here.
With the VSG you need to consume less calories then you eat. You have restriction to assist you, but it will still come down to eating less.
I'd recommend keeping a food log (you may want to use myfitnesspal), track your exercise as well. A lot of people post their daily menus...you may want to take ideas from them.
Good luck to you!
