Looking for weight loss friends
Hey, So i have posted 2 times before and i got some pretty good answers on how to handle losing weight and how i should do it, but i really think i need someone to be in regular contact with to kind of guide me through it. If you want to know anything about my condition i think i put most of it in the last 2 posts of mine. Just message me if you want to help!
Your best bet is to read and post on the forums here every day. You'll make more and better connections that way.

Hi Lucab! I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving. I hope you have started trying to cut out the fast food and replace it with low carbs and protein drinks. My journey started in September and as of today I have lost 26lbs. with very little exercise. I did find a video on You Tube for chair aerobics with is not hard but and is do-able. I am slowly going to work on doing these three times a week. Hopefully I will work on doing them everyday.
Please do research on nutrition and how to incorporate it into your life. it's time to live your live and stop watching the world pass us by.
Hi Luca! I've been a member for years but always a lurker, not much of a poster. But I've had a gastric bypass and lost a lot of weight on my own before I had it done. If you need any tips, feel free to message me. It's a struggle but once you realize it's the best thing you can donfor yourself, it feels so so good.
