Thanksgiving Smoked turkeys (pics)

For those of you that wanted to see some pictures of us smoking turkeys. I wish I would have taken more but we were so busy!!! We smoked 14 turkeys, 12 racks of ribs, 3 briskets, and 2 chickens. We also sold sides, beans, potato salad, and jalapeno cheddar cornbread muffins. I stayed up for 48 hrs straight! We had a lot of fun and already have orders for Christmas and a catering job for a Christmas party.

We cooked plenty of food for the neighbors so they wouldn't report the trailer in the front yard lol.
