Taking a long weekend and wanted to be sure and let you all know how thankful I am for my OH family. We laugh, cry, bi***, fight and share life's pain and joy and I would not change a thing!

And because of my local favorite morning show I now am in serious trouble. They were talking new things to do with left overs....well I have a weakspot for stuffing (I save my carb binge for that). UGH two words.... STUFFING WAFFLES!
Put stuffing in waffle maker.
Cook till formed
Take out and dress as you please (butter, turkey, gravy, potatoes etc)
