i bought stur at kroger - sweetened with stevia

it is yummy but 15 cal per serving which I water down.

just a half tsp of good old instant lipton or nestea is great and has no calories if you get the unsweetened kind. You can also buy bottled unsweetened brewed tea and add a splash or two to water.  Also, unsweetened tart cherry juice is good if just a splash is added to a glass of water. Few calories to that. Iced Sleepytime is great. I don't care dot it hot, but love it iced. My SIL adds a spoon of matcha powder to her water and loves it. 

Monkfruit is a good low cal name natural sweetener. KAI makes a powder you can buy online. Beware tho - many monk fruit sweeteners include erythritol, which can cause serious pain post-surgery.
