Does anyone have a "go to" drink (water) enhancer that does not contain any...

Trying to find anything that isn't fruit, cucumber or mint to add to my water to help me with my water intake. seeing if anyone out there has any suggestions that do not contain any artificial sweeteners? Thanks in advance!

One of the best things you could do is make your own hydration water with the fruits/veggies/herbs you want. Its really easy just need one of thoes drink servers with a tap, add ice and ingredients, then water. Leave it set a little to gain a bit of flavor. And there ya go.

Only way I can as Im highly allergic to artificals and sugar alcohols.

I use black cherry kool aid, in the old school packet, that has no sugar.

I mix the pack on two quart pitcher with water.

I add stevia to each each bottle of kool aid using 1/4 measuring spoon for 20 oz drink. I use Trader Joe's stevia

the Kool Aide doesn't have any artificial sweeteners in it?

no sweetener at all artificial or otherwise. You have to add your own sweetener of choice.

How about tea, coffee (decaf if you're worried), or broth? Those all count towards your fluid intake!

Same. I would  suggest trying different herbal teas.sometimes I'll make a pitcher of a combination of flavours (strawberry and mint is tasty, or a black tea with peach or citrus )

with the cold weather here, my go to tea has been a roiboos with bergamot in it from davids tea. I add a bit of milk, and it's a decaf London fog.

unfortunately, water is the only liquid I drink.. I am not opposed to broth, though! I will have to check some out that are lower in sodium! I have not really had anything with caffeine for a while and I feel like I am spazzing out. I had a 5 hour energy (a half a bottle) and I was bouncing off the walls!
