2 Year Update
At the 2 year mark I'll admit I was a big ole mess. It took me until the 3-4 year mark to feel better mentally. Now at 8 years out, things are good and my weight loss surgery is a distant memory.
The life I lead now is my new normal.

Do you drink a lot of lemon water? (Not lemonaide)...bu****er with lemon. There was a study a few years ago that showed that lemon water prevented the formation of kidney stones.
I like how the results of the plastics on your face. I have been thinking about getting the excess skin on my neck removed. It was fine 10 years ago, but with the natural aging process added to it, it really needs to be done now. The only thing that is holding me back is the scaring. I'm scared to have the scar down the front of my ear going to the back of my head.

I like what you said in your video...we do not go to being a thin version of ourselves. I was actually thinking that today...there is no do overs. Even wtih all the plastic surgery in the world...i'll never have a taunt 22 year old body, but we can be the best at our current age. I did wish I did more plastics at the time I did my LBL. But it wasn't that important then. Now i'm too busy...and in a few years....i'll be older and think...why bother?
Weight lifting does help. I'm not sure how much malabsorbtion you have of protein, but I have to shoot for 150 to 200 grams of protein per day to put on muscle.

That was adorable! Nice job.

Thanks for sharing the video, it was funny and true...challenges and changes we weren't expecting... My sternum sticks out which I think looks weird, but never realized that it maybe is bigger than normal because of the years of MO? Is that what I understand you were saying?
The cavernous armpits are a challenge for us women who actually shave them... but then I got an unexpected bonus when I had my second plastic surgery on my arms and breasts.... they connect edthe suture lines right through my arm pits, and I no longer have any hair there or particularly sweat.... so not even a need for deodorant. No shaving/no deodorant ....An unexpected win-win....
Congratulations on 2 years....I am with you at just over 2 years out...it is just the beginning....
