I filled out a little bit as well, though I imagine part of that is due to weight gained when I was pregnant. Things have definitely shifted, though, and I have much less of the empty-tube-sock look at almost three years out!

I recently realized a big advantage to deflation...I can pick up some very fashionable clothes at an amazing sale price - in just my size because most women my size would be at least a 36-38 D, but my little Bzs fit just about anywhere...plus mamograms are a whole lot easier...right Grim?

For some reason, mine seemed to have filled out recently. Not sure why. I am 8 years out and my weight is the same. My exercise routine has not changed. All my pants still fit the same but my favorite bra that definitely used to need inserts no longer does. My boyfriend is happy, so I focus on that

I'm five years post op and bigger and firmer than ever. I think that kind of PS is a mistake unless you didn't like your breasts in the first place.

In my opinion it's better to carve away the surrounding empty fat cells and end up with nice natural boobs and a small waist and arms .

If you get a chance to swim as excercise it really helps to make them perky ... As well as toning up the back the bra line the core inner thighs and arms !
