Hair loss 3 months post op WLS

The only tried and true recommendation is to wait a few months for the cycle to complete (telogen effluvium)...and it will, no matter what vitamins or expensive shampoos you use.  Any extra nutrients are benefitting the new hair that is pushing out the old hair.
