Help with this read out ?
In my area I found a lab at local university that has a full body DEXA scan machine. I paid $125 to get scanned.
Once you get close to your goal - you may try to get that. To know exactly what is going on.
The impedance scales are very inacurate...they may give you an idea...but they are not that good to get reliable numbers.
Some big gums - traing facilities in big cities may have x-rays DEXA body scan.
When I searched for mine - I noticed that cost (cash) for that carried from 70- 150 depends of location in us.

It tells me that if you do some weight training and increase your muscle mass (which is a bit low) that you will find it easier to maintain long term.
Also, I find that this analysis is consistent over time(precise), but may not be that accuarate. So, if you do this monthly and track your results, the change will probably be accurate. Lost 3 % of body fat. But the result itself - 37% BF may not be accurate.

I don't see my muscle mass shown anywhere or know what is normal?

It's the FFM reading. There isn't really a normal number for this. You just want to increase it because muscle burns calories.
I had a Dexascan done at a place called Dexafit- it is a commercial venture, they usually have a groupon.... more expensive than the universities-- if you can find them, but really helped me.....

I use the Tanita at gold's gym. I find it useful to track fat loss and muscle increase. Also the TBW is total body water - shows your hydration level. My trainer has me shoot for 25% body fat. I'm not there yet - I'm at 118 FFM and 165 lbs.
I find it helpful to track over time. I haven't been worrying about loosing pounds the last 2 years since I feel healthy between 165 and 170 even being just 5"-6".
Also, you'll want your water level to be 50 to 60%. The BSR is how many calories a day you burn a day without exercise. my trainer says that's not very accurate. the Tanita is supposed to be within a couple percent so it gives you a guide over time
