Ulcers

Has anyone had ulcers post RYN surgery?  If you have...what meds are you taking?

Hello Robin,

I am taking Omeprazole but was also taking Protonix for some time, I find the Omeprazole to help some with the discomfort of the 2 ulcers I have,

however I avoid all spicy food or snacks, caffeine, greasy foods and drink lots of water to help with the discomfort

Thank you...I am 14 years post op and this is my 3rd round of ulcers.  I have been on Prontonix for years and my doctor just added Carafrate to coat my stomach.
