This is the website for Eat Right Now - a 4 day free app for using Mindfulness techniques to help with eating behavior.  It was developed by researchers at Yale Univ and draws on the same research that is used to help smokers.

Sorta like meditation, but specific skills to help "Surf the Urge" to eat something ridiculous when we are not even hungry.   I post this to say these skills help me.  I don't know how much it costs after the 4 day trial.
