since like 3 a.m. pain woke me up and is been there on the right side of stomach, not excruciating but nagging and poking feeling.

I started feeling nauseous and heat radiates from that side.

thinking of going to ER but not sure since is really not that strong.

have you felt this before, what was it?

It's been going on for over 18 hours? I'd call my surgeons office. A doctor should be on call (even if it's not your surgeon). If it continues or gets more severe, I'd go to the emergency room. Especially since it's radiating and getting you nauseous.

I agree, Thank you for the response, I don't have contact with my surgeon anymore is been over 8 years and lost my insurance, but I am calling the nurse line, the nausea started after breakfast and is been impossible to eat

I was hoping it would go away, but is just not

Thank you for the reply!

If you still have your gallbladder that may be the culprit.

Hi there, I still have my gallbladder, but I am confused I still feel the pain but is less than yesterday and today I feel like my stomach muscles hurt like if I had exercise a lot which I didn't

the pain is definitely less but still going to check with my doctor tomorrow.

thanks for the reply,

That's what my gallbladder felt like when it went bad, several years before WLS. It felt like somebody had punched me in the stomach, or like I'd done a whole bunch of sit-ups.

I'd bet it's your gallbladder. Especially if the pain goes away and then comes back. Stones can get caught in the bile ducts and cause a lot of referred pain. Good luck to you. Hope you feel better soon.

What you are describing sound like what I had 3 years ago.  It turned out to be appendicitis and had to have my appendix removed.  I would recommend you go to the ER asap in case that's what it is.  Good luck!

Right side of your stomach? Or right side of your abdomen?

If you don't feel comfortable going to the ER, urgent care may be able to help figure out what's going on and refer you for further help.
