It was November 12th, 2003 that I had my RNY. I have only fluctuated about 15 pounds up and down since then. I started out at 309 lbs., and am 146 lbs today. IT WAS SOOOOO WORTH IT!

Hi StarWish246

We love hearing from the vets that all is going well and this surgery can be successful long term.  I had surgery in August 2004.  Love hearing from you and hope you hang around to pay it forward.  What an inspiration you would be

I LOVE hearing long-term success stories!  It helps me believe in myself even when the going gets tough.  Thanks so much for this post.
