It was November 12th, 2003 that I had my RNY. I have only fluctuated about 15 pounds up and down since then. I started out at 309 lbs., and am 146 lbs today. IT WAS SOOOOO WORTH IT!
We love hearing from the vets that all is going well and this surgery can be successful long term. I had surgery in August 2004. Love hearing from you and hope you hang around to pay it forward. What an inspiration you would be

Its great to hear that even after all this time you are going strong, congratulations I am sure it hasn't been as easy as it sounds but your dedication is paying off!!
