Everything white dove said, plus I'll have a tablespoon or two of bran buds on yogurt or on its own. There's a bit of sugar in them, but not enough in the servings I have to throw off my carb count. Also baked kale chips in your oven are tasty. I made cheese crisps in the oven. Great to have with chili!

Not sure if you are allowed to have them yet at 7 weeks, but pork rinds satisfy my crunch need + they have some protein.

Definitely crunchy cheese and you can even turn them into "cups" and fill with tuna or chicken salad: http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2016/05/party -food-crunchy-cheese-cups.html might be a nice option for the holidays for you... a bit "fancy" LOL

Microwave turkey pepperoni into crunchy treats!

Pickles are still a saving grace for me when I need crunch.  And very low calorie.

At seven weeks I am not sure if you can do green peppers or baby cucumbers, but I have those quite often now.

I second the vote to eat cheese crisps.  They are expensive to buy (Wegman's sells them) but you can make your own in the microwave or on parchment paper in the oven.  I also used to put a slice of munster cheese in a frying pan and fry it up to something harder than normal, and roll it up with deli turkey.

My favorite snack is pepperoni chips!! Get some pepperonis and lay them out on a napkin/paper towel and microwave them for 2 mins. I use them to dip pimento cheese and hummus!
