Surgery Wars....

My body, my surgery. Your body, your surgery. One size doesn't fit all.Seems pretty simple to me. 

Trust me, I was a "victim" of that war and it was not fun.  Having lived with 3 of the major different surgeries (DS with a sleeve and now a pouch) I can tell you that the reason I am doing well now has nothing to do with what surgery I had.  It has to do with finally realizing that it was what I did with that surgery that made a difference.  Know yourself and what tool works best for you and then make it work!
