Were you cold BEFORE WLS?

I was always hot before surgery but cold now.  Why don't you try setting the thermostat to 70 or 72, you may have to, to be comfortable.  Get a heating blanket, not just pad.  Try drinking hot tea before bed, hot drinks always make me hot.

I would sweat hubby and cat out of house and home if we up'd it to that and the bill would be HUGE!  With as many months as it is cold in Michigan I don't know I could afford the heat bill to keep it to that temp besides.  I have been doing the protein cocoa or tea before bed and it is helping some! :)

I'm pre-op and always cold. 1 of my first purchases when I get to goal will be the warmest down filled winter coat I can afford.

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.
