Were you cold BEFORE WLS?

Was cold before. I freeze now. Anything below 70 and I'm in a jacket, sweats, fleece socks, and a blanket. I NEED a sweat shirt that says YES, I AM COLD...So people will quit asking, in utter disbelief, are you really cold?? Yes, yes I am. Just cuz you're not, doesn't mean I shouldn't be!  LOL my husband just shakes his head and hands me another blanket.

I kill an electric blanket,. Seriously, I get maybe a year out of one. I hate to get into a cold bed, because it will take me hours to warm it up to go to sleep. So I usually turn it on before I go to bed so I can slide in and be toasty!

If you don't have flannel sheets, I highly recommend them.  They have made a huge difference.  When I'm in bed is about the only time I am truly warm.  It also helps that my DH is like a furnace.  Sometimes I can feel the heat raditiating off of him.  Works well - I snuggle with him for his heat and he snuggles with me to get my coldness.

Ha! I had fleece sheets!!! And my hubby almost had a heat stroke lol so now the electric blanket only warms my side of the bed

Haha!  We joke that my hubby radiates the heat too because of his little carb loader! His tiny belly from him eating carbs since I don't eat straight carbs still. But he says I feel dead because I am so cold.

I am Exactly the same!  And hubby does the same thing.  He has to tell me the temp in the house any time I say it's cold.  I am like 'seriously dude, I'm freezing!' Grrr... I wish there was a heated body suit.  if you are in a cold climate State, do you do anything in your boots during winter?

I'm not in a cold climate, but, we do buy packs of hot hands for the hunters in my family. They are little squares that heat up. They put them their gloves and boots :)

This is too adorable! Your making me look forward to the cold what with all your warm Jammies that is too cute...I'd like to get some of those. Here I am sitting at my computer with my sweats and just a bra on it's so warm here in Georgia. I am more cold now than when I was fluffy but when I get adequate doses of iron I heat right back. Stay toasty my friend!

Loved being able to fit in footie Jammie's now too and I don't looked like a stuffed polar bear anymore with them on.  If you would like to ship me down to you I would bring you a pair too! :) It'a 43 right now here and I am bitter cold even though the house is at 69.

Well at least you will look cute LOL... I'm 10 years out and if the temp drops below 70 I am grabbing a sweater. Thankfully I live in Southern California (inland) and so it's rare most of the year but right now almost 10 AM I'm in fuzzy socks, hoodie. I have those magic gloves in my purse at ALL TIMES.

Pre-op I was a sweaty oven that could never get cool.

Wish I could be like the 3 Bears... "just right" alas I am doomed too.

I can regulate my body temp better now. I get cold more easily, so I always have a sweater, but I am not usually freezing anymore, just slightly chilled.

My first Christmas after surgery I asked for a pair of sheepskin-lined slippers. I still wear them every day.

I fight badgers with spoons.
