I use jog.fm  It's a website that lists songs by BPM.  When I run I have to have music that is the right BPM or I get bored.

Jog.fm is a website that lists thousands of songs by beats-per-minute.  I have to have music that is the right speed for me to run or I just get bored because I hate running.  I run at 180 BPM so these songs are in that range.  My stride length is pretty short so 180 is not actually very impressive.

Kings and Queens by 30 Seconds to Mars

Trip Like I Do by The Crystal Method

Big Bad Wold by In This Moment

Sound of Madness by Shinedown (a little faster than 180)

I'm Not Ok by My Chemical Romance

Down With The Sickness by Disturbed

Devour by Shinedown

Dancing with Myself by Billy Idol

Last Resort by Papa Roach

Rock & Roll by Def Leppard (a little slower than 180)

Get  Ur Freak On by Missy Elliot

Love is a Battlefield by Pat Benatar

She by Green Day

Here I Go Again by Whitesnake

I'm dating myself - But I put on Donna Summers and the BeeGee and Disco my house clean to the tune of Staying Alive..  Which also gives the correct beat for performing CPR.
