For me it's not a candy issue my boyfriend binges nightly on candy bars and chocolate and never wears it .. I get to clean the wrappers from around our bed grr...

but this time of year I really crave nuts and nut butters fatty foods like ribs and "real" cheeses as opposed to the fat free slices and the fat free feta I usually settle for.

I think it's an instinct to eat weight gaining foods in the fall.

I like a 75percent fat free cheddar cheese as a snack now and also make my own low fat peanut butter substitute with pb2 water and organic drained chunky peanut butter. It's acceptable particularly for sandwiches or as an ingredient.

im very careful to take my Tonalin or Evening Primrose oil supplement regularly at this time of year to counteract the cravings.
