What Grim said  Log everything and eat one thing at a time.  Note how your tummy reacted. I LOVED salmon but was not able to eat it for 6 months.  Hang in there, it will get better with each passing day

Yep.. i think I am lactose intolerant. I am going to lay off any dairy for a few days...thanks guys!

you could have c-dificile. If going off milk doesn't help I would see my surgeon for a stool specimen check.

My regular Dr put me on pro-biotics about 2 and half weeks ago.so I don't think that would be it. and i excused the loose stools for the first week i was on them thinking ti was cleaning out my system. So i do think it did get rid of icky bacteria.

My lactose intolerance was bad for years.  I would only use Lactaid products and carry Lactaid tablets in case I needed them.  They do make Lactaid cottage cheese.

Oh! thanks! do you take the tablets after you have eaten something or is it preventative.. I am SOO new to this !

I think I figured it out! it has to be the lactose! I had a great weekend with no issues! thank you all for your suggestions and help..

 

Oh also, i took myself off the pro-biotics the Dr put me on for now. I don't think that was helping at all.
