Nutrition Visits
I had my first nutrition appointment on October 6th. 18 days later I can fit into jeans that I quit wearing last spring and 1 full shirt size down. I have not weighed myself but I already feel so much better. All that she asked for was for my to journal my food and snacks and to increase my exercise which I have done both. I can't wait to see her on November 8th to weigh in and see her reaction as I have really been following her guidance and I can see the results myself.Even if she isn't impressed, I am and that is all that matters.

It's actually not uncommon to lose weight by keeping a journal. I started out this way too. Now, I use MyFitnessPal everyday even after losing all the weight in order to track nutrition and steps.
If you shine a flash light on any problem, it will get better. The trick is to continue the process you started which will include more support and changes to your lifestyle.
