Starting out
I found the doctors that were affiliated with the Center of Excellence at the hospital near me. Then I also talked with a friend that worked there and went and met the doctors.
There are so many people from so many different places here, you may not get your question answered like you want it to be. But, that's not a bad thing! Get out there and see who's available, look them up online and see how many of the surgery you're interested in, they've performed. Go and meet them to be sure you like their approach.
Then check in here often, because you may want differing approaches than their NUT will give you

I agree with others that calling your insurance should be the first step.
Beyond that, look into the surgeons that your insurance covers. Many, if not most, clinics offer free informational seminars on a monthly basis. You can get a good overview of the program and chat with the doctor.
I found the seminar to be one of the most helpful things as I did my research! I was worried I'd get a doctor in a suit giving a sales pitch, but instead I got a down-to-earth guy in sneakers who talked about how important it is to be healthy, rather than getting into a smaller pant size. Feeling comfortable with my surgeon was very helpful, and I could have attended another seminar if I was iffy about the first doctor.
