The more plain meat I eat; the less carbs and sugars I get. This means my body is fluctuating up and down for another sugar 'high'.

This is what helped me drop the junk cravings. I literally have NO cravings at all for sweets or greasy junk.

 

ONE WORD OF CAUTION: Find a great source of fiber because high protein is very constipating if you don't have some fiber to help break it down and pu**** out of the gut. PLUS... drink 60 or more ounces of day. Water pushes stuff out also, this means that you don't have things lurking in your stomach and gut to seep back into the bloodstream and cause you to crave.
