New here, surgery date a bit more than a month away..
I am scared out of my mind! Yes! I am looking forward to tge slimmer, less painful me, but this is an ENORMOUS change in my life that not matter how much I have been prepping for it doesn't feel like enough!
I've cut out the carbonation, the caffine, found a protein shake I like. I've laid in a supply of calcium, B12, and multies...but my goodness it seems so scary!
Welcome! And congrats on your upcoming surgery. You are right...it feels like you could never prepare enough. This is a major life change but a wonderful one! Stick around and read read read. You will learn so much and maybe ease your nerves. Also, you can search (top right) past topics. Keep us posted.
Good luck!
