UHC is being dropped like hot cakes by providers in Texas. They just have a terrible reimbursement rate.

Is it a medicare advantage or anything like that? or is it through ACA or your employer?

Wow ok lol its still going strong here in Delaware lol but its united healthcare community plan like medicare.

Medicare covers WLS. So the answer is likely if it is based on medicare rules.
