I'm so sorry to hear of your experience. I can only suggest patchmd. Have you tried this? Maybe it will work better due to how it's absorbed.

Good luck

When I first joined this website, there was a very active lady that was/ is very knowledgable about vitamins.  She now has her own webiste dedicated to it... I would contact her and see what she says...

I was taking 150k of dry D3 daily and my D was going down.  Vitalady (Michelle) said to up my calcium, I was taking calcium 5x/day.  That helped.  Also, I had to change from taking my D during the day to middle of the night, away from all food and fat.  That allowed me to go back to 1-50k D3 that I still take in it in the middle of the night with my A & E.  I also get another dose of calcium in with them.

Be faithful about taking your vitamins.

I think that is the frustrating part for me... I am doing as I am told; I am trying everything that I can; I am doing everything that is asked of me - all to no avail... I's frustrating and discouraging... No one has any answers or any solutions or any ideas to help make things better... If I could go back in time and undo this horrible mistake from the beginning I absolutely would. This surgery has RUINED my life and any time I am given the opportunity I always detour people away from it... It's such a shame really...

If I would have listened to my PCP, my D would be at 0, and my calcium would be below low.  I don't listen to my PCP.  I've been monitoring my vitamins since before my DS.  I listened to Michelle (Vitalady).  She knows vitamins and WLS.
