Did your shoe size change?

Hello Everyone!  

I creep here a lot, but this is my first time posting  

I had RNY on April 26th and have lost 91 pounds so far.

I seem to have lost weight in my feet.  I have lost 1/2 a shoe size!  Its not the width or swelling going down, but my actual feet seem to be smaller.  My husband thinks I'm nuts.  Has anyone else experienced this?

You'll hopefully hear from the others, but I know quite a few people have experienced the same as you. 

As for me, my shoe size went from wide width to medium. 

My feet stayed about the same shoe size, but I switched from wearing men's shoes to women's shoes.  YAY :D

I think everyone will be different. 

I lost 190lbs and I did not change shoe sizes.  If anything I just tightened the laces a bit.  I guess I did not carry much of my weight in my feet.  LOL!!!!

I have never heard it put that way?  I creep here 

I was wearing a size 8 wide show and I am now a regular 6.  Think about it, for me I had an extra 200 pounds pushing down on my feet daily and at some point they are going to adjust to that extra weight. It was surprising how they shrank.  Good luck to you!

about a full size yes! I hate it ! I have all these pretty heels I was waiting to wear and now they r all too BIG!
