Tailbone pain
Have anyone experienced tailbone pain since losing a significant amount of weight? I am about 10 pounds from my goal weight and for the past 2 weeks my tailbone has been hurting. It's not terrible pain just kind of annoying but I don't want it to get worse. If you've had this issue what did you do for relief?

Yes!! The pain was at its worst for me at 10 month to 1. Year post op point. I bought a ****yx pillow on amazon. It gives some relief. I still use it in my car- driving is when I still experience the pain. Otherwise I'm ok in most other types of chairs. Another thing that helps is sitting at an angle, so the pressure isn't on your bum 100%

It's common, but for most of us, it goes away (or at least lessens). Get a ****yx pillow.

There isn't a chair in the world I feel comfortable in after a few minutes... I move from side to side, cheek to cheek. I wish I could say it gets better. My Dr told me... donut pillows (umm that's attractive to carry around, hello world my ass hurts) and glute exercises (hasn't helped me, these buns will apparently never be steel, too many years of cinnamon LOL)
Sorry I am no help but misery loves company right ;)
It's a pain in the ass for all of us. I never got one of yhe fancy pillows. I just squiggled around a lot.
Good luck. It does get better, but it takes a while.

Mine hurt a lot early on in the weight loss stage. I did a LOT of squats and pain went away. Starting to hurt again a little here and there so am going to up my squats again to see if that will lessen yet again.
