Help on Iron intake, I need help please FEOSOL Iron anyone?

I need help to figure out if it safe to take 3 of these pills a day,

my doctor prescribed 325mg x 3 per day, of Ferrous Sulfate Iron and Feosol is a little gentler on the stomach and I want to switch,  

The FEOSOL reads 65 mg

anyone taking these please input,

Ferrous Sulfate is fine on my stomach and keeps my iron high.
