Sleep Eating & Long-Term Ambien Use

My partner has found that having a white noise machine makes the sound of the C-PAP easier to sleep with.

I definitely have to have my fan on! Bottom line, I NEED more exercise, that will help me a bit, but you know its a vicious cycle, no sleep, no energy. Praying for motivation! I went through a rather traumatic experience last year, so that too has impacted my sleep and I became very reclusive and sedentary. I need to get MOVING!

Do you have a type of exercise you like to do? I found the best thing to help me do more exercise is to find something that I don't hate, and I'm not terrible at. Surprise, it's not so bad that way! :)

Good luck!  Ambien makes my mom sleep eat.  She wakes up with caramel candy wrappers stuck to her pjs :(
