I am starting to feel less self-conscious but I still feel the need to hide behind an avatar. No full body pics, but here is my pink haired self. Still not comfortable showing my "before" picture...maybe someday. I am sure I am not the only one that feels the need to hide sometimes...

Beautiful!

I only recently put my 'before' picture up. It's hard to look at, but at the same time, a great reminder. And I figured if there's anywhere that my 'before' would be appreciated, it's here! When you're ready, do it, it feels good to see how far you've come.

You are beautiful my Dear! No reason to be ashamed. We were all there once. My before picture lives on my frig along with a list of non scale victories to remind me daily of where I came from. I have no intention of going back there again ever which is why I weigh every day and weigh and measure all my food. No guessing here!
