OMG, weight loss stall

It's been almost 2 weeks and the scale is not moving.  It has been only 3 months since surgery, will the loss start slowing down now?

Mine started the second week after surgery and lasted 22 days. Don't panic, the scale will move again and your weightloss is not officially slowing down. Take measurements because you will continue to lose inches. Put your scale away for a couple of weeks.

Use the search bar above to look at the 3 week stall, it's not unusual. Beyond that, what are you eating? Can you provide a sample menu with caloric intake? Are you measuring and tracking? Drinking enough water?

The loss will slow as you get lighter. A two week slowdown can happen periodically. But if it goes on for too long, it's because you are eating too much.

Do you weigh and log your food? Really, really closely? If you do, and your calories are low, you'll be fine. If you don't, you may be eating more than you realize.

I will start logging my food but I only eat around 600 calories a day.

If you're not logging your food, there's no way that you can know this.

You are so right, but I think most people understood that as a guesstimate.  I eat about 2 oz. of meat in the morning at 11am, cheese and lunch meat at 3pm and then another 2 oz. of meat at dinner.  Don't think it's much over 600 and I know I'm not eating enough but just not hungry.

Most people here understand that guessing is what gets people into trouble.  If you're not losing weight, you're clearly taking in more calories than your body needs.  The only way to know how many calories you're ingesting is to measure and track everything you put into your mouth.

Guessing doesn't give you the information you need to make good choices.

Are you only being recommended to 600 Calories a day...? That can be damaging to your metabolic capacity long term
