I have a hard time taking so many pills..... stopped for several years (DON'T DO THAT) and my labs tanked... If you take in consideration the money we save on not buying pop, not eating fast food and junk food, it's a small price to pay for keeping out health. I go without other things to pay for them.
Good luck to you

I agree! Good health is totally worth the price.

I thought I would love not having to take all those vitamins but I think I have found the drawbacks to patches (besides price). If I forgot a vitamin it was typically a single dose, not the whole day because I set alarms on my phone to remind me. If I forget to put my patches on, I have lost the whole day. The other thing is that they all look exactly alike. You have to be very careful not to accidentally put the patches back in the wrong pack because you can't tell by looking at them. They should be color coded or stamped or something but they are not. I noticed at the end of the month I had more Vit d/calcium patches left than multis. The only explanation I can come up with is that I got some mixed up (and i'm a doctor). If I can mix these up, anyone can.
at any rate, I have ordered some regular vitamins again and will go back to the old fashioned way. I seemed to make fewer mistakes that way.

The fact they all look the same is a drawback for me as well. I wish they were marked as well.

Thanks for the heads up, I will make sure be careful with them
I think I might forget to take them because I hate swallowing them....so my forgetfulness could be on purpose sometimes
