Yoga!
I started taking yoga classes again last week. I always loved yoga but when I got really heavy it became very difficult to move my body. I also hated feeling like an outcast being the only obese person in the class. This time was totally different. Was amazing how much easier it was to move, and I love feeling my muscles work...especially after feeling so weak the first couple of months.
Being able to be active without my body fighting against me is what it was all about for me. Now I'm planning on taking a walking/hiking tour in England next summer!

Yoga is pretty much my favorite thing in the world. And mat pilates. I tried it as a kid a few times, but never really got it. Now, I try to do it every day, even if just for 15 minutes. I love the connection it gives me with my body. :D
And I love that you're planning a vacation around activity! I feel like the things I plan for fun now are so much more activity-oriented and I love that about my current life :D
