Does anybody take Slow Mag? is a slow release can we have it?

trying to figure out if its ok to take a slow release or are we better off with a regular magnesium

I take regular and it works just fine ...

I just take straight Magnesium Citrate capsules with my Calcium and Zinc capsules.

 

I figure with less of a barrier to deal with, I will absorb more.  The coating on those tablets is pretty heavy, and even though stomach acid is very strong, there's more to eat through before getting to the "business" part of the tablet.

Conversely, gelatin capsules have very thin walls, and dissolve more completely than tablets.
