Wife and I got season passes this year for Disney World in Orlando. We've been for a Night of Joy thing w/ Christian artists and our church, working as chaperons, but didnt really get to enjoy the park. Today we're going up with another couple for the weekend.

Am SUPER excited! Since I've been last I've lost about 80 pounds, so will feel more comfortable to even consider going on the rides and roller coasters. I've always dreaded going on them for 1) being turned away 2) honestly believing if I managed to cram my prior body into a seat, the bar would snap off and I'd plummet to my death. Now I only have to be concerned with 3) being a wuss and more afraid to go on roller coasters and teh tower of terror than a 7 year old child. So, theres that. lol

I bought an XL shirt at Kohls a while ago when it was on sale for this trip, a disney type shirt. I didnt try it on until last night, and it fit me great :) Once I wear it and wash, thats another story but for the trip, it will! Also pulled out a bunch of shirts from the bottom of my drawer that hadnt fit me anymore since I got married and gained my weight back, and theyre all baggy!

Anyway, hope everyone has a great weekend!

Great stuff Chris. I spend 2 weeks in the Orlando area every April and we are a Disney Family. I am envious that you live so close and have the season passes! My wife and I hope to retire to your area some day.

Congrats on your continued success. Enjoy every moment and every achievement along the way! Have fun at Disney!

One of the many reasons I had surgery: Going to Disney with my kids and not being exhausted and not having to worry if I can go on the rides or not. Hopefully in a few years we will be able to go.

Congrats on all of your success so far and have fun in Disney!!!!
