Protein supplements
If I need a protein drink, my go to is Quest brand. I have the Vanilla Milkshake and I mix it with almond milk since I'm now severely lactose intolerant and can't use regular skim milk. I'll sometimes shake in some pumpkin pie spice and warm it up for a nice change. I rarely if ever add fruit, but sometimes blend some strawberries in for a change as well.
I only have 1 or 2 shakes a month, tops. I usually have them as a sweet treat.
I can't drink the same one over and over so I drink all different kinds and flavors. This winter I plan to make "hot chocolate" protein drinks. I also bought different flavor extracts to add so I don't get bored. I still need to drink one every couple days to get all my protein in.

Optimum Nutrition Double Rich Chocolate. It's the least sweet of all the chocolates. I think it's darker tasting, which is more appealing to me. I mix it with unsweetened original almond milk.
