Hello Penny!

Given that you've read a lot of books on WLS, can you recommend a book for someone over a year out that is having trouble with compliance, low weight loss, mental health, etc? IDK if there is a book that addresses the challenges in later recovery. I'm struggling (very sick at the moment) and I could use the support. - Thanks!

I have found "The Beck Diet Solution" (and the workbook) to be most helpful.  This book is about our thought process and changing the way we think.  It is not a "diet" book.

I find this to be most important and the reason I've been able to keep my weight off.
