Congratulations! Job well done! Continue on and you'll be at goal before you know it!

I keep second guessing my goal... right now it's at 145... which puts me at 40lbs till goal as well... but then I think maybe 135 would be better because I distinctly remember going to Nutrisystems when I hit 150lbs for the first time... of course, I was about 25. LOL I don't know. I have a feeling my goal weight is going to be fluid for now.

I started rethinking my goal at about your point as well, but waited until I was within 5 pounds of the original goal before I dropped it (by 10 pounds).  I wanted to make sure I wasn't setting an unrealistic goal.

You are close, congrats on losing so much.  My goal at first was 130 and I thought maybe that was unrealistic so I changed it to 140.  My doctor said he thinks I'll peak at 150 and have to really work for 140.  We shall see.  I just want some nice fun clothes and to be healthy and have energy.

That's awesome! I think, if you can find an exercise you enjoy, it's not as hard to make it consistent- not that I'm so great at exercise! :)

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.

77 lbs lost and counting!

Losing the regain! I got this!
