i had gastric bypass on June 27, 2016 and as of today I have lost 63 pounds. I remember when I first had surgery I was worried it would not work. My doctor said I'm right up there with him men patients as in losing so quickly. 49 pounds to go. I am so glad I did this for myself. Now I just have to tackle the consistent exercising. Everyone here has been a great support for me.

That is excellent! I had surgery the same day and I am only at around 45 pounds lost. I have to keep giving myself a pep talk that at least it is going in the right direction! Congrats to you!!
