I bought a spiralizer based on posts by others on this site and created zucchini "zoodles".  Pan fried them briefly with a small amount of butter and put pasta sauce on them.  Really good!  Amazing because I tried doing this years ago with spaghetti squash and didn't like it at all.

Yes it's a great idea I think zoodles are better due to texture  you get the feel that is pasta.  About to spiralize or attachment for my KitchenAid and love it !!!

I LOVE my spiralizer with turkey pasta sauce sprinkled with parmesan! YUM!!! I use coconut oil to stir fry my noodles. Don't forget to squeeze out your noodles before cooking.

I didn't care for spaghetti squash with sauce either (butter and garlic was fabulous though).

Zucchini is much better with pasta sauce.

Yesterday I walked into a local grocery store, and they had a big display right as you walked in of pre-spiraled, pre-packaged "zoodles."  Has anyone else seen this?  Makes it easy!

I've gotten the pre-packaged ones and then bought my own machine and had more fun doing my own. My problem is I don't seem to know how long to cook them to get the right texture. Suggestions? Skin on or off?
