Any updates From vitamin patch users?
i was reading in the archives that a number of you were trying out the patch vitamins and seeing how they did.
any updates to offer? Was the switch reflected in your lab results?
im going to check with my clinic tomorrow (1 week follow up!) , but curious to hear where you all stand on them now.
thanks!
It works for some and it does not work for others.
I use it - and some of my numbers are great - but others - I still need to add more...I.e. B1, B12, magnesium...etc..

I just started two days ago... I hope they work well, because I'm really over all the chewable vitamins... if these don't work, I'm moving on to something I can just swallow!

I started them last fall, and my labs have been just as steady as they were for vtlitamin tablets. I take the multi and a D3/Calcium patch daily. I take one oral B12 once a week.
I have been absorbing the Patch calcium much better than the oral calcium I had been taking.

a little update on my end. I met with the nurse practitioner at my bariatric clinic. They haven't signed off on them. One of the dietician s did a trial with her patients who wanted to try them out. Apparently too many of them had their numbers drop.
I think what hala said is right. Works for some, not all. I think once I'm further along in my healing, I'll be testing them out though.
Thanks again for all your input!
