The smothered chicken is grilled chicken with veg/cheese.  Easy to modify either on your plate or in the kitchen.

Even now at almost 6 months I could only eat at most 1/2 of the burger/cheese (no bun) or 3 oz of chicken (no lettuce - sleeve doesn't like it yet).  I look for the most protein-full appealing item hopefully on the appetizer ot small plates menu and bring home anything left over. Because I live near the ocean most restaurants have fish options - shrimp ****tail (eat just the shrimp) or mini crab cakes (eat one small one) are favorites. You'll get the hang of it (I go out almost every weekend to different restaurants all the time and can always find something satisfying).

I like to get grilled chicken breast with a side of veggies and some dressing (to dip the chicken). Chili is also a good option, too.

I like to shy away from hamburgers because hamburger meat made me puke one time, so I am going to stay away from that for a while.
