You need to think outside of the box. Who said breakfast was egg products??? I eat pork and chicken for my first meal more than I eat eggs and great for you if you can get crescent rolls to fit in your macros. At 100 calories and 23g carbs for one, soooooo not worth it for me. It adds nothing in the way of nutrients to my day. If you feel the need for an egg product, Special K makes a crustless quiche - Kellogg's Special K Ham, Cheese & Quinoa Quiches are filled with uncured ham, melty cheese, quinoa and chopped peppers. 140 calories, 7g carbs and 11g protein.
Ya those crustless quiche things are pretty good! Bought some on sale to try
I don't eat the crescent part :)

I start my morning with long run, and then 3/4 ounces of raw ahi tuna (poke) with a little spicy mayo. it is a great start to the morning. i would much rather eat breakfast foods for dinner. i love the world according to egg face and also low carbing with friends..
and don't mess with the vets on this board, their advice is just one more thing that has made this life changing decision easier for me.

Low carbing with friends is one of my favorites!
I used to be a 'regular' over there back when I was low carbing... long before WLS. I still go there and grab a few recipes from time to time!
